G3/4'' Hydraulic 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve NC Unidirectional 250bar 12VDC
Pilot-operated 2/2-way hydraulic poppet valve, G3/4 BSPP, normally closed, 10 to 250 bar. Closed, it shuts off flow from port 2 to port 1 leak-free, while flow from 1 to 2 passes freely as through a check valve. Nominal flow 30 to 70 l/min. Aluminium body, galvanised steel cartridge, NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulics from -20 to +80 °C. 12 V DC coil, 20 W, IP65. Supplied with coil and connector.

Description
Normally closed: the line stays shut until the coil is energised, so it also closes on a power failure. Pilot operated, so it needs at least 10 bar across the ports to switch - not for unpressurised or gravity-return lines. Connect the side that must hold pressure, such as a cylinder, to port 2. For shut-off in both directions, choose the bidirectional version. Size it by flow: 30 to 70 l/min, the largest size in this range. The coil accepts 10.8 to 13.2 V (12 V DC ±10 %). The emergency release screw relieves port 2 to port 1 by hand with the valve closed.
Pros:
- Leak-free poppet seat shut-off
- Free flow from port 1 to port 2 when closed (check valve function)
- Emergency release screw relieves port 2 to port 1 by hand
- IP65: dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets
- Supplied with coil and connector
Cons:
- Pilot operated, needs 10 bar differential - not for unpressurised or gravity-return lines
- Blocks from port 2 to port 1 only - for shut-off both ways, choose the bidirectional version
- Aluminium body, max 250 bar - for up to 350 bar, choose the galvanised steel version
Series:
Pilot-operated 2/2-way hydraulic solenoid valves with a poppet seat, for leak-free shut-off of oil lines up to 350 bar. The range covers G1/4, G3/8, G1/2 and G3/4 BSPP female ports, with nominal flows of 5-20, 10-40, 20-50 and 30-70 l/min respectively. Every size is available normally closed or normally open, and unidirectional or bidirectional. In the closed position, unidirectional valves block port 2 to port 1 and let flow from 1 to 2 pass like a check valve; bidirectional valves block both directions. Available with a 12 V DC, 24 V DC or 230 V AC coil. Aluminium bodies are rated 10 to 250 bar, galvanised steel bodies 10 to 350 bar. All versions have a galvanised steel screw-in cartridge, NBR seals and an emergency release screw that relieves port 2 to port 1 with the valve closed. The coil draws 20 W on DC or 22 VA on AC, tolerates ±10 % voltage and is rated IP65. Suitable for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids from -20 to +80 °C at ambient temperatures of -30 to +90 °C. Every valve is supplied with coil and connector. Also known as 2/2 seat valves or poppet-type hydraulic shut-off valves.
