Returns
You can return products within 30 days of receipt. If you want to exchange a product, you need to return it and order the desired product. If you have received a wrong item, a defective product, or the shipment is incomplete, please follow the steps below. Some products are made to order and cannot be returned, this is indicated on the product page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty
When you buy from Tameson, you can expect reliable industrial-quality products. If a product does not perform as expected, we'll help you find a suitable solution. Often, problems can be solved using our Installation and Troubleshooting Documentation. Our engineers regularly update this to help you identify and fix issues quickly.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products are covered by a warranty from the manufacturer or supplier. If a defect occurs during that period, the product may qualify for repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty conditions. These differ per brand and are based on proper product use.
You can always contact the manufacturer directly if you have questions or wish to make use of their warranty.
Tameson warranty
Many products include a voluntary Tameson limited warranty, covering defects in materials and manufacturing. If a material or manufacturing issue does occur, we'll make it right through repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty period is always clearly stated on the product page or quotation.

- Other products may also specify a limited warranty period on their product page.
Regular wear of parts or misuse of products is not covered by the warranty.
If a covered product develops a defect within its warranty period, we'll assess the case and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the product in line with our warranty terms.
This summary provides an overview of the voluntary warranty. In case of any differences, Tameson's Terms and Conditions prevail.
How to report a warranty claim or return products?
- Report your claim: https://portal.tameson.com/rma/apply
- You'll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions or you will be contacted by our technical support team.
- In case of returns or warranty: after receiving your products and inspecting them, a refund or new product will be issued within 30 days.
Detailed return conditions
The conditions below apply to withdrawals and exchanges. Warranty or lack of conformity cases may follow different rules.
- After you have received a confirmation for your claim, you will need to send the products as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after you received the number.
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging and documentation. Grease or oil stains on documentation or packaging are regarded as damage.
- If a package or product is damaged, Tameson can choose to reduce or waive the refund.
- Do not affix stickers or tape on the original packaging or write any text on the product packaging.
- To avoid transport damage, please pack the items in an extra carton.
- A copy of the completed Return Form including claim number must be attached to the shipment.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning unless the fault lies with us. In the latter, report it to our customer service. They ensure that you can ship free of charge. For EU consumer warranty claims due to lack of conformity, Tameson covers reasonable shipping costs.
- The risk for the return lies with the customer. We therefore advise you to send the package by registered mail. In this case, you can claim a possible loss with your carrier.
- A refund will be processed as soon as possible but no later than 30 days. For EU consumer withdrawals, refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. If the products are received by us in good condition, we will credit the paid price of the returned items.
Excluded from return are:
- Used or damaged items.
- Products with missing or damaged original packaging and documentation.
- Items that are not purchased via the webshop.
- Items that are not available in our online catalog or are made to order.
- Items with an indication that they cannot be returned.
