Description
Mount it on the breather filter flange of the tank (bolt circle 73 mm, 6x M5). Set each switch point in 10 mm steps by moving its contact on the strip inside the slide tube, and rotate the contact to change it between NO and NC. Each contact switches when the float rises past it and switches back when the float falls past it again. The level contacts are rated 30 V DC 10 W, max 0.5 A. The temperature switch rated 30 V DC 100 W, max 2.5 A, opens at +70 °C to shut the machine down, and closes again when the oil has cooled to about +57 to +63 °C.
Pros:
- Two independent switch points in one device
- Switch points adjustable in 10 mm steps
- Each contact changes between NO and NC by rotating it
- Fits the standard breather filter flange on hydraulic tanks
- Temperature switch for machine shutdown above +70 °C
Cons:
- Unpressurised tanks only (max 1 bar)
Series:
Combination float level switches with two level switch points for unpressurised tanks in hydraulics, machine building, plant engineering and tank construction, also available with a +70 °C temperature switch (T70 versions). The flange fits the standard breather filter mounting on hydraulic tanks to DIN 24557-2. Both switch points move in 10 mm steps, and each contact changes between NO and NC when you rotate it on the contact strip. Slide tube 250 or 370 mm. Polyamide housing, brass slide tube, hard PUR float Ø44 x 36 mm, cork seal, max 1 bar, -20 to +80 °C, IP65. Level contacts 30 V DC, 10 W, max 0.5 A; temperature switch NC, 30 V DC, 100 W, max 2.5 A, closes again at about +57 to +63 °C. Media: water, hydraulic oil, machine oil, fuel and other liquids.
