0 to 1.6bar WIKA Pressure Transducer G1/4'' 0.5% 0 - 10 V
This WIKA pressure transducer converts pressure from 0 to 1.6 bar (0 to 23 psi) into a 0 - 10 V output signal. The non-linearity is 0.5% across the span. The supply voltage is 14 - 30 V DC. The pressure transducer is made from stainless steel and has an elastomer sealing. The temperature range is from 0 to 80°C (32 to 176°F).

Description
This WIKA pressure transducer converts pressure into an electric output signal. The measuring pressure range is from 0 to 1.6 bar (from 0 to 23 psi) with a non-linearity of 0.5% of the span. Non-linearity is defined as the greatest deviation from a straight reference line (BFSL - Best Fit Straight Line). The overpressure limit is 3.2 bar (46 psi). The pressure transducer requires a 14 - 30 V DC power supply and generates an output signal of 0 - 10 V DC voltage with a 3-wire configuration. Two wires into the power supply and a separate wire that sends a signal to the receiver (DIN-A connector). The housing and wetted parts are made from stainless steel and the seals are made from an elastomer. The temperature range is from 0 to 80°C (from 32 to 176°F). Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify the compatibility of the sensor materials with your media. The connection port has a size of G 1/4 inch with male threads. The pressure transducer has an IP65 rating.
Pros:
- Housing and wetted parts are made from stainless steel
- High overpressure protection (up to 2 times)
- Delivered including DIN-A connector
Cons:
- The non-linearity of 0.5% is less accurate than other models
- 0 - 10 V is more prone to interference and signal loss than 4 - 20 mA
A-10 series
Tameson offers a wide range of pressure transducers with an analog or digital electric output. The measuring pressure range for these pressure transducers is from -1 to 1000 bar (from -14 to 14000 psi) with maximum overpressures up to 1500 bar (21750 psi). They have non-linearity between 0.2 to 0.5%. The output signal can be either 4 - 20 mA current or 0 - 10 V DC. These pressure transducers always require a power supply (typically 8 - 35 V DC) to function and the electrical connection is a DIN-A connector (EN 175301-803). Their housing and wetted parts are made from stainless steel and they are available with different seals. The pressure transducers can be used with different media (hydraulic oil, compressed air, gases etc.) and they can work with different temperatures from -40 to 125°C (from -40 to 257°F). Pressure transducers are equipped with male threads from 1/4 to 1 inch.
