R1/4" - Rc1/4" Meter-Out Aluminum Check Valve

This is a meter-out straight check valve that allows free flow in one direction and prevents it from going in the opposite direction. The valve has a spring loaded poppet that blocks the orifice of the valve. If the air is coming from the poppet side, the poppet will be pushed from the base of the orifice and the air will go through. If the air comes from the opposite side it will press the poppet against the base and block its way. The meter-out configuration implies that the flow is free going from the male threaded port and restricted in the opposite direction. It is the other way around for the meter-in configuration.

It has a male threaded R 1/4 inch port on one side and a female threaded Rc 1/4 inch port on the other side. The flow is metered going from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port.

It is suitable for a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi. Also suitable for vacuum applications at a pressure of -1 bar (-14.5 psi). It has NBR seals that make it suitable for applications within a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) (no freezing).

CVF series

The CVF – series includes spring loaded aluminum straight check valves that provide one-directional flow of the air. These valves have a male threaded conical BSPT-R port on one side and a female threaded conical BSPT-Rc port on the other side. The sizes range from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch. The maximum operating pressure is at 9 bar, also suitable for vacuum applications at a minimum pressure of -1 bar. These valves have a cracking pressure of 0.1 bar. The check valves are NBR sealed which make them suitable for a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (no freezing).
