Flanged Rubber Expansion Joint DN125-PN16 NBR High Temperature
This high temperature DN 125 NBR expansion joint, PN 16, is a flexible connector designed to absorb axial, lateral, and angular movements in pipelines, compensating for thermal expansion, misalignment, and vibration. It is commonly used in water supply systems, heating installations, and industrial applications to ensure system integrity and reduce stress on connected components. It is made from NBR bellows and galvanized steel flanges. Suitable for temperatures of up to 110°C, from 60°C the operating pressure reduces. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar up to +60 °C, 14 bar at +80 °C, and 6 bar at +90 °C, with a burst pressure of 48 bar. For systems with pressure surges or intermittent loads, the maximum operating pressure should be reduced by 30% to prevent premature wear.
