Specifications

This is an elbow swivel joint with a push-in port and a threaded connection port to connect a hose to a pipe or pneumatic component. Connection 1 is a 8 mm push-in port. Connection 2 has R 1/4 inch male threads. The male thread connection has PTFE-coating. The body is made of nickel plated brass/pbt. The seal material is NBR. The operating pressure range is -0.95 to 10 bar (-14 to 145 psi), making it suitable for vacuums. The fitting is suitable for temperatures from 0 to 60 °C (32 to 140 °F). It can withstand 400 rotations per minute. The push-in fitting is easily installed by pushing the pneumatic tube against the release ring-end of the fitting until it stops, and the internal claw secures it into place. It is easily uninstalled by pushing the release ring inward towards the fitting and pulling the tubing back.

Pros:

  • It has a push-in connection for easy installation and release for pneumatic hosing
  • The male thread connection is PTFE-coated
  • It can be used for vacuum applications
