PSU DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling plug with 1/2 inch male NPT threads. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 8.6 bar (-12 to 125 psi), making them suitable for vacuums. The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -40 to 138 °C (-40 to 280.4 °F). The flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water).

Description
Specifications

PSU DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling plug with 1/2 inch male NPT threads. This product can be used on pneumatic and liquid lines to quickly connect tools and lines together.

The 1/2 inch male NPT threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching female threaded part. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 8.6 bar (-12 to 125 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -40 to 138 °C (-40 to 280.4 °F). The rated flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water).

At temperatures above 90 °C, there is a max pressure rating reduction (100 °C: max 8.2 bar, 110 °C: max 7.8 bar, 120 °C: max 7.4 bar, 130 °C: max 7.1 bar, 138 °C: max 6.8 bar).

It is connected to another component by inserting a plug into the sleeve until you hear a "click". Pressing the release button disconnects the plug.

To sterilize the coupling, you can use: formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation, heating to max. +121°c (uncoupled), autoclaves at max. +121°c (uncoupled)

Pros:

  • LinkTech couplings are resistant to most mild chemicals and they are suitable for chemical and medical applications
  • LinkTech couplings are twist lock coupling and they are easy to use with audible click when coupled
  • It can be used for vacuum applications
  • The plug has a double sided shut-off design, which keeps the line pressurized and prevents backflow
