PP DN 6.4 Linktech Coupling Plug 3/8 inch Male NPT Threads Double Shut-Off 50 Series

Polypropylene (PP) DN 6.4 LinkTech coupling plug with 3/8 inch male NPT threads. This product can be used on pneumatic and liquid lines to quickly connect tools and lines together.

The 3/8 inch male NPT threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching female threaded part. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 7.2 bar (-12 to 104 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between 0 to 70 °C (32 to 158 °F). The rated flow rate is 700 - 1500 l/min (for air) and 10 - 17 l/min (for water).

At temperatures above 27 °C, there is a max pressure rating reduction (40 °C: max 5.4 bar, 50 °C: max 4.3 bar, 60 °C: max 3.4 bar, 70 °C: max 2.0 bar).

It is connected to another component by inserting a plug into the sleeve until you hear a "click". Pressing the release button disconnects the plug.

To sterilize the coupling, you can use: formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation

Suitable for: Suited for use with many chemicals. Not resistant to mineral oils.
