Digital pressure gauges can be used as a pressure reference and for testing, adjusting, and calibrating other pressure measuring equipment on-site. They're the right choice when high accuracy is needed combined with overpressure safety and robustness. The pressure gauge has a 4-digit LCD display with a character height of 12.7 mm. The connection point is located below the gauge and measures pressure in the range of0 to 400bar (0 to 5802psi). The permissible overpressure is 600 bar (8702psi). The measurement accuracy class is 0.5. This means ±0.5% maximum deviation. The conversion rate is 5 measurements per second. The housing can be rotated to the left and right with an angle of 180°. The display can be rotated up to 180° as well. The gauge housing is made of plastic. The stainless steel connection port has G 1/4 inch threads with a centering pin for a profiled seal. The internal seal is made of NBR. A ceramic sensor is used in this model. For versions with pressure ratings of 1000 bars or higher, the sensor is made of stainless steel 1.4571. This pressure gauge can operate continuously. This pressure gauge can operate continuously with an external 24 V DC supply (M12-plug, 4-wire). It is delivered with a 9V battery that offers a service life of 5000 hours. This gauge has an IP65 rating, and is suitable for a media temperature of -30 to 85 °C (-22 and 185 °F). The environment temperature range is 0 to 60 °C (32 to 140 °F).

A calibration certificate is not available.

Pros:

  • Combines high accuracy with overpressure safety
  • Ideally suited to calibrate other pressure gauges
