This modulating electrical actuator is offered in combination with a 3-way brass ball valve (L-mm bore). Actuator requires 24 V AC/DC to operate. It is a modulating actuator with a digital positioning system (DPS). The ball valve has three G 1 1/4 inch inner thread connection points. Orifice of 25 mm (Kv value 21 m3/h), medium temperature range of -10 to 100 °C, and a max pressure of 40 bar. With the actuator’s housing, it gives the unit a protection of IP67 for an environmental temperature of -10 to 50 °C.

Description
This modulating electrical actuator is offered in combination with a 3-way ball valve. It can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees with an operating torque of 40 Nm (higher break torque so please see the manual) in a time of 13 seconds. It requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC, has a duty cycle of S2, and comes with a visual positioning indicator on top of the unit to clearly see valve position. As a modulating actuator, it is equipped with a digital positioning system (DPS) meaning it can position the valve anywhere between 0-90 degrees. It requires a control signal of 4-20 mA (and 0-10V, 2-10V) for positioning. The actuator is mounted on the valve via the ISO 5211 F03, F05 or F05 flange. The 3-way brass valve has three connection points of G 1 1/4 inch. The medium flows through a 25 mm bore (Kv value of 21 m3/h) and the temperature can be between -10 to 100 °C at a pressure under 40 bar. It has a spindle seal material of PTFE. Due to the actuator's durable housing, it has a protection rating of IP67 and can withstand an environmental temperature of -10 to 50 °C. BL3BA Ball valve
The BL2BA series ball valves are reliable 3-way ball valves with a L-mm bore or T-mm bore. The housing is made of brass, the ball is made of hard chromed brass and the valve seats are made of PTFE/FKM. The valve is suitable for various media, such as water, oil or air up to a maximum of 40 bar. Suitable for temperatures between -20 and 160 degrees Celsius and available from size G 1/4 till G 2. For corrosive or aggresive media, a valve made of stainless steel is better suited. Ball valves from the BL3BA series all have an ISO 5211 top flange (from F03 to max. F05) which makes the mounting of an actuator possible.
