ACE self-adjusting industrial shock absorber with M 12x1 body thread and 10 mm stroke rated for up to 9 Nm per stroke, 28200 Nm/h continuous, effective mass 2,7 - 36,2 kg, operating temperature -10 to +66 °C (14 to +151 °F). The fixed damping profile absorbs energy across the rated mass range without setup. Used as an end-of-stroke buffer on pneumatic cylinders, compact linear axes, indexing tables, and rotary stops where the impact energy is consistent between cycles and no field tuning is wanted.

Pros:

  • Fixed damping profile for 2,7–36,2 kg, no setup or tuning required
  • Up to 9 Nm/stroke, 28200 Nm/h on a M 12x1 body, 10 mm stroke
  • Sealed and maintenance-free, drop-in on standard machine axes

Cons:

  • Outside 2,7–36,2 kg the damping curve is no longer optimal
  • Rated -10 to +66 °C (14 to +151 °F); check before sub-zero or hot service
  • Off-axis impacts shorten life; add a side load adapter when needed
