Description
This is a straight pneumatic pressure regulator for air pressure regulating and keeping it at a set value on the outlet side. The regulator consists of a poppet valve, a sensing piston and a loading spring. The poppet valve will let the medium through the inlet port for as long as the loading spring with a sensing piston allows thus increasing the pressure on the outlet side. If the pressure on the outlet side drops, the poppet valve will open again and let more air in to increase it.
It has a 6 mm push-in fitting on one side and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other side. The push-in fitting provides an easy connection with the tubing. Push the tube in and the fitting will fix it with stainless steel claws.
It is suitable for a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar (116 psi. It has NBR seals that make it suitable for applications within a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) (no freezing).
Use the adjusting screw to compress or decompress the loading spring to set the desired pressure. Do not swing or rotate the resin body by force as it may damage the fitting and cause fluid leakage. In order to adjust the amount of pressure, turn the adjusting screw in the clockwise direction. The pressure must be adjusted from low to high.

RVS series
The RVS - series includes straight pressure regulators used to reduce the pressure from the inlet side and keep it at a fixed set value on the outlet side.The push-in fitting inlet sizes range from 4 to 8 mm and threaded outlet ports come in M5x0.8 size and also range from R1/8 to R1/4 inch. The housing material is nickel-plated brass with a PBT push-in fitting body attached to it.The operating pressure range is from 0 to 9 bar and the pressure setting range is from 1 to 8 bar. The pressure regulators are NBR sealed which make them suitable for a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (no freezing).
