Experience at Tameson
It’s been great! It has been 3+ years since joining Tameson, and it really has been fulfilling, both personally and professionally. The team members and everyone at Tameson is very kind, respectful, and professional. The working environment is amazing; the team works hard together to make the customer happy, and that clear mission statement makes it frictionless to work with everyone at Tameson. Overall Software Engineering skills were very helpful to manage to integrate novel solutions to our technology stack to serve the best experience to our customers.
Main responsibilities
- Improving and maintaining the ecommerce website
- Making the website bug-free, faster, and powerful enough to help customers find the right product for their needs
Work-related challenges
The technological aspect is sometimes challenging, with a lot of moving pieces introduced to add more features.
Personal background
Favorite things
- Activities: Listening to and playing music, sailing, traveling, 3D modeling and printing, programming fun side projects
- Travel destinations: France and Italy (where we have a lot of family), anywhere with mountains, sea, and sun
- Skill to learn: To learn the bass guitar!
- Meal/Cuisine: Italian / French food. Sometimes the simplest things are the best, like real fresh mozzarella.
