Elastomer compensators with malleable cast iron connections (PN 16) are flexible pipe connectors designed to absorb thermal expansion, vibrations, and misalignments in piping systems. These compensators feature elastic, form-pressed bellows reinforced with synthetic fibers. They have R and G threaded connections made of galvanized malleable cast iron. The bellows are typically constructed from EPDM, offering resistance to hot water, acids, and alkalis. An optional NBR variant is available for oil resistance. The compensators operate within a temperature range up to +110°C and can withstand pressures up to 16 bar, with burst pressures reaching 50 bar. They are suitable for axial, lateral, and angular movements, making them ideal for applications in heating, cooling, and industrial fluid systems.
