NG6 (D03) 4-2-Way Directional Control Valves
NG6 (D03) 4-2-way directional control valves switch the oil flow to a cylinder or hydraulic motor between two positions. They have four ports, P, T, A and B, and are mounted on a sub-plate or manifold with the standard NG6 interface to ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3 and NFPA D03, so valves of different makes fit the same mounting pattern.
The spool symbol in the type code defines which ports are connected at rest and when switched. Single-solenoid valves have a spring that returns the spool to its rest position when the coil is switched off. Double-solenoid valves with detent hold the last switched position without power, so they have no default position. A manual override lets you switch the valve without power for setting up or fault finding.
Select the spool symbol for the required flow path, then the solenoid configuration and the coil voltage, and check flow and pressure against the circuit. Mounting screws and plug connectors are usually ordered separately. The screw length depends on the valve make and grows with every sandwich plate stacked underneath, such as pressure, flow or check valves in the same footprint.
