Compact Flanged Rubber Expansion Joints PN 16

Compact elastomer expansion joints are designed for pipeline systems where space is limited and flexibility is essential. Made from durable EPDM bellows reinforced with synthetic fibers and equipped with swivel steel flanges, they provide a secure, self-sealing connection. These joints are available in sizes DN 40 to DN 200, rated PN 16, with a working pressure of up to 10 bar. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +105 °C.

They are commonly used in industrial and municipal piping to absorb thermal expansion and contraction, compensate for misalignment, and reduce vibration and noise from pumps, motors, turbines, and compressors. By protecting connected equipment from stress and dynamic loads, compact rubber expansion joints help improve system reliability and longevity, making them ideal for installations with limited face-to-face length.
