JP Fluid Control 2 way solenoid valve (type HP-DA) with G 1/4 inch threads and a 24 V DC coil. The circuit function of the solenoid valve is normally closed (voltage = open) and direct operating, so no pressure differential is required. Suitable for max media temperature of 130° C (266 ° F) pressure range of 0 - 75 bar (0 - 1088 psi). Housing of stainless steel with FKM (FPM) sealing and a 1 mm orifice. The Kv-value is 0.03 m3/h (0.5 l/min at dp=1 bar water).

This is a JP Fluid Control direct operating 2 way solenoid valve with G 1/4 inch threads and a 24 V DC coil. The valve has a stainless steel housing with FKM (FPM) sealing and an orifice size of 1 mm (approximately 3/64 inch). The circuit function of the solenoid valve is normally closed, which means the valve opens when voltage is applied.
The valve is suitable for pressures of 0 - 75 bar (0 - 1088 psi) and a maximum temperature of 130° C (266° F). The valve has a Kv-value of 0.03 m3/h, which translates to a flow rate of 0.5 l/min at a differential pressure of 1 bar (for water). In imperial units: Cv = 0.03, which means 0.03 GPM @ 1 psi pressure drop. For simple applications it is often enough to select a valve based on the thread size and orifice diameter. The stainless steel housing is very durable, strong and resistant to a wide range of chemicals with the exception of chloride solutions. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium. The valve has an IP65 rating if properly connected.

HP-DA series

The HP-DA is a directly operated, normally closed 2/2-way solenoid valve, specially designed for high pressure applications. The solenoid valves have an orifice of 3 mm, work from 0 bar and are suitable for very small flow rates. The body is available in brass and stainless steel with NBR, PTFE or FKM seal. The HP-DA solenoid valves are compatible with all the coils from the CS3 series.
The valves are available with BSP or NPT threads on request.
