This soldering station has an 80 watt heating element. As soon as the station is in idle mode, the temperature decreases to 150 °C. The purpose of this is to extend the life of the soldering tip. There are 3 programmable hotkeys for temperature settings and the station heats up to 350 °C within 30 seconds. Additionally, the device has a temperature-lock feature that allows the user to lock the temperature.
Note: This soldering station is only suitable for a 230 AC input voltage. The power cord has an F Type plug, which is used in Europe and not in the UK and Ireland.

Description
This soldering station has an 80 watt heating element. As soon as the station is in idle mode, the temperature decreases to 150 °C. The purpose of this is to extend the life of the soldering tip. There are 3 programmable hotkeys for temperature settings and the station heats up to 350 °C within 30 seconds. Additionally, the device has a temperature-lock feature that allows the user to lock the temperature. The tip heats up quickly and will stabilize within 2 °C of the set temperature. The temperature is easily set by using two buttons. A 0.2 mm round tip is provided with this soldering station. There are however other shapes and sizes available.
