Description
This Bürkert 2/2-way (type 3363) diaphragm valve is designed for process control. This means that, thanks to the integrated PID controller, this valve can be used to directly control a process parameter, such as a level, pressure, flow rate or temperature. The position of the valve is automatically determined based on the input of the actual process value as well as the process set-point value.
This valve has ports. The valve has a housing. The valve is delivered as normally closed (NC), which means the valve opens when voltage is applied. The actuator has an energy storage unit. The unit can be used to set a safe position for the valve to return to in case of power loss.

The high-speed 24V DC electric actuator moves the diaphragm valve with ball screw to the desired end position. The valve takes 4 s to go from fully open to fully closed position.
