This G 1/2 inch pneumatic filter filters out contaminants larger than 0.3 microns to ensure clean air. The max flow rate is 650 l/min (always use the flow chart for correct sizing). The auto drain valve will open and close automatically based on residue level. Suitable for a 20.0 bar (290 psi) max input and temperatures between -10 and 60 °C (14 and 140 °F). The filter bowl capacity is 70 cm3.

The filter removes water, dirt and other harmful particles larger than 0.3 microns. The filter removes water, dirt and other harmful particles for your air system. This model has G 1/2 inch ports. The maximum flow rate is 650 l/min. Please note that the maximum flow rate alone doesn't provide enough information to proper sizing. Use the flow curve to determine if the pressure drop (droop) within your expected flow rate range is acceptable. The flow curve shows the flow rate for a set input pressure with multiple output pressures. For each output pressure, it can be seen how the pressure changes with increasing flow rate. It is recommended to use the device in the flat range of the curve, and not on the beginning or the end of the curve.

The maximum input pressure is 20.0 bar (290 psi) and the temperature range is between -10 and 60 °C (14 and 140 °F). It has an auto condensate drain. The housing material is made out of PA 66 and the filter has a bowl made of metal. The use of pre-filters is required where a high level of compressed air purity is required. The finest particles (> 0.3 microns) and oil mist are separated here. A prefilter should be connected upstream to increase the service life of microfilters. In order to extend the life of activated carbon filters, microfilters and prefilters are used.

Mounting brackets need to be ordered separately.
