Description
All 7 stations share the common P and T channels, so one pump line and one tank line supply every valve. The relief valve limits the pressure for the whole plate; set it with the adjusting screw and secure it with the lock nut. Mount the plate with the four M8 threads on the end faces or through the lengthwise holes for M5 screws. Fix each valve or valve stack with four M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9, not included. Close unused stations with a blanking plate.
Pros:
- Built-in relief valve protects every station
- P and T usable from either end
- Standard NG6 / D03 pattern on every station
- Unused stations can be closed with a blanking plate
Cons:
- Nominal flow up to 30 l/min
- Valve fixing screws not included
Series:
Cast iron sub-plates for NG6 / D03 valves (DIN 24340-A6, ISO 4401-03, CETOP R 35 H-03, NFPA D03), with one to eight stations. The valves or valve stacks sit on top. Each station has its own A and B ports (G3/8) on the side, while P and T (G1/2) run through the plate and can be used from either end. The plates mount with M8 threads on the end faces or through lengthwise holes for M5 screws. Two versions are available: with a built-in pressure relief valve adjustable from 100 to 315 bar, or without. Operating pressure up to 315 bar, nominal flow up to 30 l/min (single plate without relief valve: 50 l/min), -20 to +80 °C. Valves are fixed with M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9, tightened to 8.9 Nm.
