This is a complete set for making custom NBR O-rings. The set consists of five round cords in diameters 1.6, 2.5, 3.2, 5.9 and 8.8 mm, a cutting template, a knife and Loctite 406 adhesive.
By using this set you can produce your own static O-rings in seconds. The round cord is cut to length and its ends are glued together to create a solid bond. The bond is as strong as the rubber itself. NBR O-rings are commonly used in hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, and power transmissions.
