The filter removes water, dirt and other harmful particles larger than 0.01 microns. The filter removes water, dirt and other harmful particles for your air system. This model has G 3/4 inch ports. The maximum flow rate is 4000 l/min. It is recommended to select a filter with a maximum flow rate 1.5 to 2 times higher than the maximum flow rate in your system to avoid excessive pressure drop. Additionally, keep in mind that lower input pressures may reduce the achievable maximum flow rate, so ensure your system pressure is sufficient for optimal performance.

The maximum input pressure is 16.0 bar (232 psi) and the temperature range is between 0 and 50 °C (32 and 122 °F). It has a semi-auto condensate drain. Semi-auto means that it drains as soon as the airline is depressurized, however it can also be drained manually. The housing material is made out of zinc die-cast and the filter has a bowl made of polycarbonate (PC). The use of microfilters is required where a high level of compressed air purity is required. The finest particles (> 0.01 microns) and oil mist are separated here. A prefilter should be connected upstream to increase the service life. In order to extend the life of activated carbon filters, microfilters and prefilters are used.

Mounting brackets need to be ordered separately.
