Description
This 2-way brass ball valve with a nominal diameter of 10 mm is designed for draining and discharging.
The valve has a male G 3/8 inch inlet port and a 14.5 mm hose barb outlet port. The hose barb is removable.
The housing of the valve is made of nickel-plated brass, the ball is made of hard chrome plated brass and the sealings are made of PTFE/NBR. This valve is suitable for a wide variety media, such as water, neutral, gaseous and non-aggressive, liquid media, mineral oils and compressed air up to a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar or 218 psi. Also suitable for vacuum (max. -0.9 bar or -13 psi). The valve is suitable for temperatures from -20 to 80 °C (-4 to 176 °F).
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If it is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed.
