The Kv-value is 13 m3/h (Cv-value of 15.0 gpm). The valve is manually actuated with a PPS rotary handle. ATEX and IECEx certified, zones 21/1 and 22/2. All materials that are in contact with media are approved for food.

Bürkert 2/2-way manual globe valve (type 2012) with DN 25 flanged ports. The valve has a stainless steel housing with PTFE sealing and an orifice size of 25 mm. Suitable for a media temperatures from -10 to 180°C (14 to 356°F) and a pressure of up to 16 bar (224 psi). The valve has a Kv-value of 13 m3/h (Cv-value of 15.0 gpm). The stainless steel housing is durable, suitable for corrosive media and harsh environments. The PTFE sealing is resistant to almost all chemicals. All materials that are in contact with media are approved for food. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium. This valve is ATEX and IECEx certified, zones 21/1 and 22/2.

The Bürkert Type 2012 manually-operated globe valve is designed for On/Off function. The valve features a durable stainless steel housing. The valve can handle fluids with viscosities up to 600mm2/s. The valve can operate in any flow direction, above or below the seat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and PPS handwheel, the Burkert 2012 is designed to withstand harsh operating conditions. The valve is available with G or NPT threads, and weld ends. The maximum pressure depends on the version, but is limited to 6 bar. Overall, the Burkert Type 2012 offers reliable performance and durability, making it an excellent choice for a variety of industrial applications.
