Description
The "Slave" presence detector expands the scope of detection for a "master" presence detector with a 360° field of detection for ceiling installation. It increases the range up to 24 m in diameter, offering a cost-efficient system upgrade with up to 6 extra extensions. This is appropriate for spaces with ceilings up to 10 m high, such as sports halls or warehouses. All parameters are set on the "master" detector while the "slave" device monitors movements and sends them to the "master". The device comes as a standard flush-mounted device.
A universal surface-mounted box with double diaphragm line entrance is available as an accessory. It has double plug-in terminals for through-wiring. This modular system consists of a power box and a plug-in sensor. The power box can be installed and connected after the painting work is finished, allowing the sensor to be simply plugged in. There is plenty of wiring space due to the low overall height of the power box. The "slave" detector can be connected to compatible presence detectors including the models PD 360i/8, PD 360i/24, and PD 180i/R.
