This motion detector from ESYLUX's COMPACT EXPRESS series is a motion-responsive detector with a 360° detection angle, a range of approximately 11/24 meters (frontal/cross). Perfect for classrooms, offices, meeting rooms and transit areas with low levels of natural light. The motion detector is only suitable for ceiling mounting (optimally at a height of 3 meters, maximum 5 meters). The higher you hang the motion detector, the greater the range, only the sensitivity also decreases. With the motion detector, your lights will not have to be left on unnecessarily and you will save electricity.

Description
Motion detector with a 360° field of detection for ceiling mounting. It has a range of up to 24 m in diameter at a recommended installation height of 3 m, making it suitable for a variety of uses. The detector comes with a 1.0 m pre-assembled GST18i3 inlet and outlet. It also features a 16 A high-performance relay (tungsten pre-contact), making it ideal for switching capacitive loads like:
- Electronic ballasts
- Parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps
- Compact fluorescent lamps
- Energy-saving lamps
The default settings ensure immediate operability. It can be simply programmed using a remote control with 'blue mode' technology. Its small overall dimensions and a ceiling cut of Ø 68 mm make this detector inconspicuous yet effective in its application. The detector also has an additional switch input for individual manual lighting control. The field of detection can be extended with a parallel connection of a maximum of 8 detectors. You can also mask out targeted areas by using an enclosed lens mask.
