This is a Belimo 2-way electrically actuated pressure independent flow limiter valve (PIFLV) with a brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 25 and the port size is Rp 1 inch with female threads. The built-in flow limiter maintains a constant flow volume and steady control even with pressure variations at a 90° angle. The maximum pressure differential is 2.8 bar (40.6 psi). The valve can operate between 2 and 60 °C (36 to 140 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 3.6 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 4.17 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 100-240 V AC. The actuator features two-point / three-point control. Installing Belimo actuators on this valve is made easy due to the central bolt design. The actuator has an IP54 protection rating. The direction of flow, indicated by an arrow on the housing, is of utmost importance to prevent damage to the ball valve.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
