This is an electrical actuated Belimo manifold zone valve with a brass housing and sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is This valve withstands pressure up to 6 bar (87 psi). The valve can operate between 2 to 70 °C (36 to 158 °F). The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator is equipped with MP-Bus control type, enabling seamless integration and efficient management of connected devices in the system, ensuring reliable control and communication capabilities. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 75 seconds. There are 12 valves in a manifold block. The actuator has an IP40 rating.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Remove the actuator by clicking it out, and then use the actuator to rotate the valve spindle. The actuator can be hand-mounted onto the valve without requiring tools. Just ensure only vertical movements (Caution!). The pins should align with the flange holes. The mounting orientation can be configured in 180° increments in relation to the valve. The actuator's rotation angle can be adjusted in increments of 2.5° using a clip. This feature is used for setting the valve's maximum flow rate. The actuator gets its digital control signal from the superior controller via the MP-Bus and moves to the defined position. The MP connection serves as the communication interface and does not offer an analog measuring voltage.
