This is a Belimo 2-way characterized ball valve with a brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 10 and the port size is G 3/4 inch with male threads. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 4 bar (58 psi). The valve can operate between 2 and 130 °C (36 to 266 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 1.6 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 1.85 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The modulating actuator is requires a 2-10 V input and offers position feedback, ensuring precise control over its operation and accurate monitoring of its position within the designated voltage range. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator has an IP40 rating.

Manual override is possible using a lever, which disengages the gearing as long as the self-resetting lever is pressed. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator can be controlled with a standard control signal of 2-10 V and moves to the position dictated by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
