Belimo Characterized Valve G1 Kvs1 24VAC/DC 100s 2/3-point 2Nm IP40 R410/TR24

This is a Belimo 2-way characterized ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 15 and the port size is G 1 inch with male threads. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 2 bar (29 psi). The valve can operate between 6 and 100 °C (43 to 212 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 1 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 1.16 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator features two-point and three-point control. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 100 seconds. The actuator has an IP40 rating.

Manual override is possible using a lever, which disengages the gearing as long as the self-resetting lever is pressed. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments.
