This is a 2-way characterized Belimo ball valve with a cast iron housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 100 and the flange size is DN 100. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 4 bar (58 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 160 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 185.12 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator supports BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU/MP-Bus communication protocols and provides precise position feedback in the range of 0-10 V or 2-10 V, ensuring accurate and responsive control in various applications. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator can be mounted on the valve via the ISO 5211 flange. The actuator has an IP54 rating.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the rotary or butterfly valve with a mounting flange. The mounting orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The actuator comes with an inbuilt interface for BACnet MSTP, Modbus RTU, and MP-Bus. It obtains the digital control signal from the control system and provides the present status. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
