Electric Butterfly Valve DN65 24-240V AC/DC Modulating Fail-Safe Wafer GGG40 NBR J+J

This modulating electrical actuator with fail safe function is offered in combination with a butterfly valve. It can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees in a time of 13 seconds. It requires a supply voltage of 24-240 V AC/DC has a duty cycle of 75%, and comes with a visual positioning indicator on top of the unit to clearly see valve position. As a modulating actuator, it is equipped with a digital positioning system (DPS) meaning it can position the valve anywhere between 0-90 degrees. It requires a control signal of 4-20 mA/0-10 V for positioning. It is also equipped with a battery safety return (BSR) as an electronic safety function. If power is lost, the battery will power the actuator enough to put the valve back to its normal state (normally open/closed depends on how it is mounted). The butterfly valve has a wafer type flange for connecting it to the piping, a nominal diameter of DN 65, and is rated up to 16 bar (232.0 psi) for non-hazardous fluids. Please note that the maximum pressure may deviate based on the medium type, so carefully check the datasheet. The butterfly valve has a cast iron GGG 40 housing, GGG40 polyamide coated disc and an NBR seal. It is suitable for media temperatures between 5 and 85 °C (41 and 185 °F). The actuator has a IP67 degree of protection and is suitable for an environmental temperature of -20 to 70 °C (-4 and 158 °F).
