Belimo Actuator Open/Close Fail-Safe NO 24-125VDC/24-240VAC 20Nm IP54 75s SRFA-O

This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 20 Nm and can open/close the valve in 75 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24-125 V DC / 24-240 V AC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator features two-point (open-close) control. The actuator simultaneously positions the valve for operation while tensioning the return spring. If the supply voltage is cut off, the spring force returns the valve to its open position. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP54 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator comes with a 1-meter power cable.

The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. The valve can be manually operated and adjusted to any position using a hand crank. Unlocking can be done manually or automatically by applying the operating voltage. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator is equipped with a universal power supply module that can utilize supply voltages of AC 24-240 V and DC 24-125V. The actuator moves the valve to the operating position while also tensioning the return spring. The valve returns to the fail-safe position by spring force when the supply voltage is interrupted. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
