The ABB Busch-Jaeger RF module from the Busch-free@home series is designed for wireless linkage of Busch smoke detectors and heat detectors (part no. 6833/01-84 and 6835/01-84). This module operates at 868MHz and can wirelessly connect to a maximum of 20 detectors. If one of the connected detectors triggers an alarm, the RF module transmits the relevant data to all linked devices. Additionally, this RF module is equipped with an inbuilt lithium battery that has a lifespan of 10 years.
