This is a straight open-air quick exhaust valve used for pneumatic system quick air exhaust, avoiding returning it through the tubing. The air goes from the inlet port to the outlet on one stroke and it is then exhausted by going from the outlet port through the exhaust port.

The push-in fitting provides an easy connection with the tubing. Push the tube in and the fitting will fix it with stainless steel claws.

The operating pressure ranges from 1 to 7 bar (14.5 to 101.5 psi). The valve has a proof pressure rating of 13.5 bar. It has NBR seals that make it suitable for applications within a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) (no freezing).

Pros:

  • Significantly improves the efficiency of air exhaust
  • Equipped with easy to connect push-in fittings

Cons:

  • Not suitable for vacuum applications

EQU series

The EQU – series includes valves used for quick exhaust of the compressed air from a system avoiding returning it through the tubing thus speeding up return strokes and saving energy. The inlet and the outlet ports are equipped with push-in fittings while the exhaust opening is located on the body of the valve. The push-in fitting sizes range from 4 to 6 mm. The valves are suitable for the operating pressure ranging from 1 to 7 bar and a cracking pressure of 0.5 bar. These valves have a proof pressure of 13.5 bar. They are suitable for the operating temperature range from 5 to 60°C (no freezing).
