This Belimo Energy Valve consists of a 2-way characterized control valve, a volumetric flow meter, temperature sensors and an actuator. The valve is made of cast iron and has EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 125 and the flange size is DN 125. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 111.6 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 129.12 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator supports BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU/MP-Bus communication protocols and provides precise position feedback in the range of 0-10 V or 2-10 V DC, ensuring accurate and responsive control in various applications. The actuator has an IP54 protection rating. The direction of flow, indicated by an arrow on the housing, is of utmost importance to prevent damage to the ball valve.
