This Belimo Energy Valve consists of a 2-way characterized control valve, a volumetric flow meter, temperature sensors and an actuator. The valve is made of cast iron and has EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 100 and the flange size is DN 100. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 72 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 83.3 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator supports MP-Bus communication protocols and provides precise position feedback in the range of 0-10 V or 2-10 V DC, ensuring accurate and responsive control in various applications. The actuator has an IP54 protection rating. The direction of flow, indicated by an arrow on the housing, is of utmost importance to prevent damage to the ball valve.

The Belimo EP-F-MP series is characterized by a 2-way control valve with sensor-operated flow control. It sports a flange and is rated PN 16 (EPIV). The valve operates with nominal voltage AC/DC 24 V and features modulating, communicative control. It's designed for closed cold and warm water systems and for the modulating control of air-handling and heating systems on the water side. Communication is feasible via the Belimo MP-Bus or conventional control. Additionally, it is capable of converting active sensor signals and switching contacts. Sizes range from DN65-100.
