Push-in fittings for directional control consist of hand shut-off valves, mechanical valves, ball valves and check valves. They are designed to shut the flow off when needed, direct it to the desired ports or allow flow in only one direction. The hand valves provide reliable shut-off function. Two-directional hand valves completely shut off the air flow and keep the pressure in the system while three-directional hand valves vent out the residual pressure after the valve is closed. The 2-way ball valves provide a reliable shut off function, blocking the air flow with a ball and releasing it through the ball’s bore. The 3/2-way ball valves direct the air flow to the two desired ports. The check valves allow the air flow in one direction only while preventing it in the opposite direction.
