This 2-way ball valve from JP Fluid Control with a nominal diameter of 11.5 mm is designed for on/off flow control. The valve has G 1/4 inch female threaded ports. This is BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel. With our range of 1/4 inch fittings, the valve can be installed in any pipe (recommended pipe diameter ± 6 - 12 mm).
The housing of the valve is made of stainless steel, the ball is made of stainless steel and the seals are made of PTFE. Due to the stainless steel design the valves are suitable for various aggressive and corrosive media. The valve can be used up to a max pressure of 85 bar (1232.5 psi) and within a temperature range between -40 and 220 °C (-40 and 428 °F).
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control. For this purpose, valves with an ISO-Top flange (ISO 5211) are recommended.
