This is a 2-way globe valve with a coated cast iron housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 100 and the flange size is DN 100. The valve cone's profile determines the equal percentage flow characteristic. The maximum pressure differential is 4.5 bar (65.3 psi). The valve can operate between 5 and 150 °C (41 to 302 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 145 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 167.76 gpm. The valves's stroke length is 30 mm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator is configured with a 2-10 V control type and offers position feedback, ensuring precise control over its operation and accurate monitoring of its position within the designated voltage range. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 150 seconds. The actuator has an IP54 rating.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible with a push-button, which disengages the gear train for as long as the button is pressed or locked. Stroke adjustments can be made using a 5mm hexagon socket screw key inserted at the actuator's top, with the stem extending when turned clockwise. The actuator can be directly mounted on the globe valve using form-fit hollow clamping jaws and it can be rotated 360° on the valve neck. The actuator can be controlled with a standard control signal of 0-10 V and moves to the position dictated by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops. The default factory setting retracts the actuator stem. When shipping valve-actuator combinations, the motion direction is set based on the valve's closing point. When actuator activated, the stroke direction switch alters the running direction during normal operation.
