Manual override is possible using a lever, which disengages the gearing as long as the self-resetting lever is pressed. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator can be controlled with a standard control signal of 0-10 V and moves to the position dictated by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
