Belimo Characterized Valve G1-1/4 Kvs4 24VAC/DC 90s 2-10V 2Nm IP40 R417/TR24-SR

This is a 2-way characterized Belimo ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 20 and the port size is G 1 1/4 inch with male threads. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 2 bar (29 psi). The valve can operate between 6 and 100 °C (43 to 212 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 4 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 4.63 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator is configured with a 2-10 V control type and offers position feedback, ensuring precise control over its operation and accurate monitoring of its position within the designated voltage range. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator has an IP40 rating.

Manual override is possible using a lever, which disengages the gearing as long as the self-resetting lever is pressed. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator can be controlled with a standard control signal of 0-10 V and moves to the position dictated by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
