Belimo Butterfly Valve 3-Way DN300/PN16 Lug 24VAC/DC Modulating GGG40 EPDM IP66/IP67 ISO 5211 BACnet/Modbus/MP-Bus D7300WL/BAC

This Belimo 3-way butterfly valve is offered in combination with a modulating electrical actuator. The actuator can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees in a time of 120 seconds and requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The electrical actuator comes with a visual positioning indicator to clearly see valve position. The butterfly valve has a lug type flange for connecting it to the piping, a nominal diameter of DN 300, and is rated up to 16 bar (232 psi) for non-hazardous fluids. Please note that the maximum pressure may deviate based on the medium type, so carefully check the datasheet. The butterfly valve has a cast iron GGG 40 housing, and an EPDM seal. The valve is suitable for media temperatures between -20 and 120 °C (-4 and 248 °F). The actuator has an IP66/IP67 degree of protection and is suitable for an environmental temperature of -40 to 50 °C (-40 and 122 °F). The actuator features open/close 3-point control, supports BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU/MP-Bus communication protocols and provides precise position feedback in the range of 0-10 V or 2-10 V, ensuring accurate and responsive control in various applications. The actuator can be mounted on the valve via the ISO 5211 flange. Before connecting the actuator, please read the manual carefully.

An internal heater prevents condensation. The built-in heater automatically switches on/off thanks to the integrated temperature and humidity sensor. Manual operation of the valve can be done using a hand crank. Manual unlocking is done by removing the hand crank. The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. For conventional control with an analog control signal, BACnet or Modbus can be used for communicative position feedback. The actuator can be directly mounted on the butterfly valve. The mounting orientation relative to the butterfly valve can be chosen in increments of 90°. The actuator is suitable for outdoor use and is protected against UV radiation, dirt/dust, rain/snow, and air humidity. The factory settings cater to most common applications. Parametrization via Near Field Communication (NFC) requires the Belimo Assistant App, which simplifies commissioning and provides various diagnostic options.
