This modulating electrical actuator is offered in combination with a 2-way PVC ball valve. Actuator requires 24 V AC/DC to operate. It is a modulating actuator with a digital positioning system (DPS). The ball valve has two 50 mm true union sockets. Orifice of 40 mm (Kv value 170 m3/h), medium temperature range of 0 to 60 °C, and a max pressure of 16 bar. With the actuator’s housing, it gives the unit a protection of IP67 for an environmental temperature of -10 to 50 °C.

Description
This modulating electrical actuator is offered in combination with a 2-way ball valve. It can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees with an operating torque of 40 Nm (higher break torque so please see the manual) in a time of 13 seconds. It requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC, has a duty cycle of S2, and comes with a visual positioning indicator on top of the unit to clearly see valve position. As a modulating actuator, it is equipped with a digital positioning system (DPS) meaning it can position the valve anywhere between 0-90 degrees. It requires a control signal of 4-20 mA (and 0-10V, 2-10V) for positioning. The actuator is mounted on the valve via the ISO 5211 F03, F05 or F07 flange. The 2-way PVC valve has two connection points of 50 mm true union sockets. The medium flows through a 40 mm bore (Kv value of 170 m3/h) and the temperature can be between 0 to 60 °C at a pressure under 16 bar. Due to the actuator's durable housing, it has a protection rating of IP67 and can withstand an environmental temperature of -10 to 50 °C.
