Designed to accommodate high flow rates at low dynamic pressures, these mufflers feature a unique construction that diverts and divides incoming air into smaller streams. These streams then collide within the expansion chamber, significantly reducing flow velocity before the purified air is released into the environment.

The head and cover are made from die-cast aluminum, ensuring both strength and longevity. Additionally, the tie rod is constructed from blue passivated steel, offering corrosion resistance and structural integrity.

For added reliability, our 40 bar series includes a pressure relief valve, which automatically activates if back pressure within the silencer becomes too high. This feature safeguards against potential damage, even in demanding operating conditions.

With replaceable filter elements made from paper, maintenance is simple and cost-effective, ensuring uninterrupted performance over the long term.
