This is a 2-way characterized Belimo ball valve with a cast iron housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 100 and the flange size is DN 100. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 4 bar (58 psi). The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the rotary or butterfly valve with a mounting flange. The mounting orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The actuator can be controlled with a standard control signal of 0-10 V and moves to the position dictated by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops. The actuator is suitable for outdoor use and is protected against UV radiation, rain/snow, dirt/dust, air humidity, and frequent significant temperature fluctuations. To prevent internal condensation, it's recommended to use the actuator with separately orderable, factory-installed heating. The housing cover must be removed for manual override.
