This cast iron (GGG40) Belimo butterfly valve is offered in combination with an open/close electrical actuator. The actuator is equipped with a fail-safe feature that ensures safe operation in the event of a power failure. Actuator requires 24 V AC/DC to operate. The butterfly valve has a nominal diameter of 30 mm, suitable for media temperatures between -20 and 120 °C (-4 and 248 °F), and max pressure of 16 bar (232 psi). Easily connected to your piping with a lug type flange. The actuator has an IP54 degree of protection and is suitable for an environmental temperature of -30 to 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F).

This Belimo butterfly valve is offered in combination with an open/close fail-safe (NO) electrical actuator. The actuator can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees in a time of 75 seconds and requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The electrical actuator comes with a visual positioning indicator to clearly see valve position. The butterfly valve has a lug type flange for connecting it to the piping, a nominal diameter of DN 25, and is rated up to 16 bar (232 psi) for non-hazardous fluids. Please note that the maximum pressure may deviate based on the medium type, so carefully check the datasheet. The butterfly valve has a cast iron GGG 40 housing, and an EPDM seal. The valve is suitable for media temperatures between -20 and 120 °C (-4 and 248 °F). The actuator has an IP54 degree of protection and is suitable for an environmental temperature of -30 to 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator can be mounted on the valve via the ISO 5211 flange. Before connecting the actuator, please read the manual carefully. The actuator simultaneously positions the valve as the integrated capacitors are charged. In case of a power supply interruption, the valve is automatically moved to the fail-safe (NO) position using stored electrical energy.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. The valve can be manually operated and secured in any position using a hand crank. Unlocking can be done manually or automatically by applying the operating voltage. The actuator can be directly mounted on the rotary or butterfly valve with a mounting flange. The mounting orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The actuator connects with a standard 0-10 V control signal. The actuator moves the valve to the operating position while also tensioning the return spring. The valve returns to the fail-safe position by spring force when the supply voltage is interrupted. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
