This is a conductor holder designed for the installation of the HVI power conductor in areas prone to explosions, including Ex zones 1 and 21 that are exposed to gases, vapors, mists, and dust. In ensuring safety, it prevents the occurrence of electrical sparks to nearby metal parts when lightning current flows through the HVI power conductor. The design includes a spacer bar with a distance of 85mm, ideal for fixing on metal construction parts such as facades. The product features a construction height of 16mm with a suitable diameter for round conductors of 27mm, and is built with stainless steel components including the bottom part, carrier and holder (RVS 304 or V2A). It is fixed by a screw clamp for the conductor and a bore for the holder.
