Belimo Actuator 2-10V Fail-Safe NO 24VAC/DC 2.5Nm IP42 90s TRF24-SR-O

This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 2.5 Nm and can open/close the valve in 90 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The modulating actuator is requires a 2-10 V input and offers position feedback, ensuring precise control over its operation and accurate monitoring of its position within the designated voltage range. The actuator simultaneously positions the valve for operation while tensioning the return spring. If the supply voltage is cut off, the spring force returns the valve to its open position. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP42 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator comes with a 1-meter power cable.

To manually change the position, press and hold the override button, then turn the lever. The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator connects with a standard 0-10 V control signal. The actuator moves the valve to the operating position while also tensioning the return spring. The valve returns to the fail-safe position by spring force when the supply voltage is interrupted. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
